Terms of Service

These terms are the agreement between you and the operator of Renafy ("we", "us") when you use renafy.com. [Company legal name, address and governing jurisdiction to be inserted.] By creating an account you accept them.

1. What Renafy is

Renafy is a studio for creating fictional, AI-generated influencer personas and producing photos and videos of them. Everything the service produces is synthetic. Some features, including "Spicy" adult content, are available only on paid plans.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 (or the age of majority where you live, if higher) and legally allowed to view and create adult content where you are. You are responsible for knowing your local laws.

3. Your account

Keep your login secure. You are responsible for activity on your account. One person per account; don't resell or share access. We may suspend accounts that look compromised or abusive.

4. Plans, credits and payment

• Paid plans (Builder, Launch, Growth, Creator) renew monthly or yearly until cancelled. Each plan includes a number of credits and access to certain features and model tiers.
• Credit packs are one-off purchases. Credits are spent when a generation runs; each tool shows its price before you start.
• Payments are processed by TagadaPay. We never see your full card number.
• We may change prices or plan contents with notice; changes apply from your next renewal.
• Refunds are covered in our refund policy.

5. Rules

You must follow the Acceptable Use Policy, the Consent Agreement and the Creator Agreement. In short: fictional or AI faces only, no real people, no minors, no non-consensual content. We screen prompts and uploads as described in content moderation.

6. Your content and ours

You keep ownership of what you create, subject to the licence you give us and to the Creator Agreement. You give us a limited licence to store, process and display your content to run the service for you, and to review it for safety. We own the Renafy software, branding and site.

7. AI limitations

AI outputs can be wrong, odd or resemble real people by coincidence. We don't guarantee any particular result or that outputs are unique. You are responsible for checking outputs before publishing them.

8. Third-party services

We rely on providers for hosting, image and video generation, and payments. Outages or changes on their side may affect the service. See the privacy policy for who sees what.

9. Suspension and termination

You can delete your account any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that break these terms, with immediate effect for serious violations such as anything involving minors or real-person likeness. Apparent child sexual abuse material is reported to NCMEC and the authorities. Unused credits are forfeited on termination for violations.

10. Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, or how you use outputs on third-party platforms. Our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights you have by law that can't be waived.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. If a change is material we'll tell you by email or in the app. Continuing to use Renafy after that means you accept the new terms.
