Privacy Policy

This explains what personal data Renafy collects, who processes it and what you can do about it. [Company legal name and address to be inserted as data controller.] We don't sell your data.

What we collect

• Account data: email address and login details (including Google sign-in if you use it).
• Content: your personas, prompts, uploaded images and the photos and videos you generate.
• Billing data: plan, credit balance and payment status. Card details go to our payment provider, not us.
• Usage and safety data: generation history, moderation results, basic logs and IP address for security and abuse prevention.

Who processes it

• Supabase: authentication and our database.
• Cloudflare R2: storage for images and videos.
• WaveSpeed and fal: AI generation. Your prompts and reference images are sent to them to produce results.
• Anthropic: if you use prompt enhancement, your prompt text is sent to Anthropic to rewrite it.
• TagadaPay: payments and subscription billing.

These providers process data on our instructions and under their own terms. Some are outside your country, including the US.

Why we use it

To run your account and generations, take payments, keep the service safe (screening prompts and uploads, handling reports) and meet legal duties such as reporting child sexual abuse material. Where required, our legal bases are contract, legitimate interests and legal obligation.

Who else sees it

Only the providers above, our own staff when needed for safety or support, and authorities when the law requires it. We never sell personal data or use your images to train public models.

How long we keep it

Content and account data stay until you delete them or your account. Safety records may be kept longer where the law requires, and billing records for tax periods.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct, export or delete your data, or object to certain processing. To request deletion of your account and content, email support@renafy.com from your account email; we aim to act within 30 days. You may also complain to your local data-protection authority.

Cookies

We use only the cookies needed to keep you signed in and secure the site.

Children

Renafy is strictly 18+. If we learn an account belongs to a minor we delete it.

Changes

If this policy changes materially we'll tell you in the app or by email.
