Creator Agreement

This covers what you can do with the photos and videos you make on Renafy.

You own your outputs

As between you and us, you own the images and videos you generate and may use them commercially, including on social platforms and subscription sites, as long as you follow our Terms and Acceptable Use Policy. AI-generated works may not qualify for copyright in every country, so we can't promise exclusivity.

What you give us

A limited licence to store, process and display your content to run your account, and to review it for safety. We don't use it in marketing without asking you.

Disclose AI where required

Many platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X and subscription sites) require you to label AI-generated or synthetic content, and some require extra labelling for adult material. You are responsible for following each platform's rules and any laws on AI disclosure where you or your audience live.

No impersonation

• Don't present a persona as a real human being when a platform, law or direct question requires honesty.
• Don't make a persona that resembles a real person, or pass one off as a specific real person.
• Don't use outputs for fraud, scams, catfishing, harassment or deceptive endorsements.

Your risk on platforms

Platforms can remove content or accounts under their own rules. That's between you and them; we aren't responsible for it.

Breach

Breaking this agreement can lead to content removal and account termination under the moderation policy.
